A successful Thomas employee is an operator or labourer that understands and shares our commitment to demanding customers.  The steel and construction industries are very competitive and these customers require supplemental employees that are willing to come to work on time, every time, and safely put in a full days work.

Experience in other large manufacturing, safety conscious, environments is a plus.  A strong safety record and willingness to learn and follow many rules and job procedures is a must.
